Zoom Counselling

Zoom Counselling is one of the options we are now offering for counselling sessions due to the present unusual circumstances. The Corona Virus Pandemic has turned our lives upside down and caused confusion and uncertainty for many people. Fortunately, we live in an age where digital technology has made amazing strides. There are many ways in which we can connect with each other quite intimately even when not in person. Zoom is one of several platforms that allows us to do this.

While I am not a tech expert and so cannot go into the nitty gritty of Zoom, I have used it successfully with individuals and groups so am happy to offer it to you one of your choices for counselling and psychotherapy sessions.

Booking Your Zoom Session

If you would like to try a session over Zoom, you can make your booking in the normal way via the On-line Booking Calendar.  This page will give you all the instructions you need to make your booking. Please read this page thoroughly as it contains important information about your session. You will also see how you can obtain extra discount on what is already offered by booking three or more sessions at the time of booking.

Prior to your session, you will receive an email with a link to the to Zoom session or meeting. At the time of your session, click on the link and follow the prompts. You will be taken to a page which will open to the session at the appointed time. We will then meet on-screen and the session will begin! It is very easy and effective.

You will of course, need a good internet connection and a computer system that is sufficient to run Zoom. I recommend that you check this out prior to your session.

Other options for counselling at this time are Skype and Phone Counselling. If you would like to know more or have any problems, you can email me via the Contact Page or phone me on 0409 191 342. If I am busy at the time, leave a message and I will call you back as soon as I am free.

Look forward to meeting you on Zoom.
