Phone Counselling
Talking over the phone is an easy, comfortable way to experience counselling. From the convenience of your home and armchair, you can seek help for whatever is troubling you. The advent of technology and the recent COVID restrictions have opened up new avenues of offering and receiving help when you most need it. We offer phone counselling, as well Zoom and face-to-face.
Booking Your Session
For phone counselling sessions, you book and pay via the Counselling Booking Calendar – so easy! You will see that you can obtain a discount of $30 by booking 3 sessions in a single booking. For your first session, you will complete an intake form, including consenting to the conditions of confidentiality and counselling – legal and ethical requirements. You can then choose your session from the booking calendar and complete your booking. At the time of your session, I will phone you (within Australia). When you take your session, please ensure you are in a private environment where you won’t be overheard.
Your Session
Before you attend, it’s useful to think about what you want to achieve. Clients usually know what problem or issue they want to talk about. But they often don’t think about what they want to get out of the session – what is the change they are looking for? It is very useful if you do this before your session. It will save you both time and money! And it will make it easier for me to help you.
