The course describes the personality strengths that we all have. It also illuminates the poor behaviour that results from personality mismanagement. You learn about the typical behaviours of each personality type that might be causing problems. Then you have a head start in fixing them! Delivery

There are five modules, each lasting three and a half hours. Delivery includes PowerPoint presentations, commentary, discussions and workbooks. Optional are interviews, assessments, reports, individual interviews and extra group sessions.

The Enneagram at Work is suitable for all workplace levels – leaders, managers and teams. What’s more, the course is ideal for team-building, as it helps people to understand each other in ways that they will not get elsewhere. Twelve participants is an ideal number for a diversity of personality types and for group discussions, although numbers can be varied according to your requirements.
