Mindfulness Feedback

Why do clients say such things when they have completed a course? Because they have been experiencing distress, sometimes mild, but usually severe. And when they learn how to take charge of the cause of their distress, they feel empowered and ‘liberated.’ For many, it is relief from years of anxiety, worry, depression, grief, addiction or trauma.

Not only do the practices they learn start to heal the past, but they also give hope for the future. Clarity replaces confusion, hope replaces fear. Clients discover within themselves the means of their own recovery.

Mindfulness Course – Expressions of Interest

Most clients have learned Mindfulness in 1-1 therapy. But you can also learn the techniques of Mindfulness in a small group. I am currently looking for expressions of interest in a small group Mindfulness course for 4-8 people. See Mindfulness for Living for some information.
